The new look inside the Springboro Public Library makes it a wonderfully cozy inviting community center for all ages! Area patrons have commented on how they like the new look and placement of resources. One says, “The library is a homier place now. It worked before but now it’s more harmonious. I like where the table is for reading by the window.”

Patron Appreciation Day Celebration!

On April 20th, we celebrated Patron Appreciation Day! We had four drawings, with Julie, Louise, Karen, and Fred being the winners! We served delicious cookies, coffee, and punch. Tami Hritzay was here for her first book signing! We appreciate all our patrons very much.

 

 

 

 

 

 

May Happenings Senior Café

Our Senior Café  has ended for the season as we are gearing up for the Summer Reading Program, “Dig Into Reading” starting in June. We will resume the Senior Café schedule in the Fall. Please check back often to see what’s on the calendar for fun summer events.

Preschool Story Hour

Our last story hour held on Wednesday, May 1st was great fun with lots of activity as we read “Kite Flying” by Grace Lin, enjoyed a picnic treat together, and flew kites @ the Springboro Park. We are gearing up for the Summer Reading Program, “Dig Into Reading” starting in June.

Once you log in with your library card number and password (the default password is your last name, you can change it after you log in) just click the Place Hold button from the item’s record. If the item is not a type that can be reserved there will be no Place Hold button.

If we have your email address and your messaging settings are set to send you an email when a hold is filled, you will get an email notification when the item you requested is waiting for you. You can change your messaging settings after you log into your account under the My Messaging tab.

If we have your email address on record you will find it on your account under My Personal Details. If you need to change the address stop by the circ desk the next time you’re in the library.
